  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb of fresh cabbage (chopped)
  • 3 stalks of celery (dedicated)
  • 1 big yellow onion (said)
  • 4-5 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 big carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 big green bell pepper (said)
  • 5 1/2-6 cups of vegetable broth (I recommend low-sodium broth)
  • 14.5 ounces of dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of salt

Drip 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saucepan or pan and put in a medium fire.
Stir in the cabbage, celery and peppers.

Now pour it in the vegetable stock.

Connect the cabbage and carrots and mix well.
