  • Favour starchy foods and wholemeal or cereal breads.

  • Focus on foods rich in essential fatty acids: vegetable oils, oleaginous oils, etc.

For 1 glass

  • 2 tbsp. lemon vinegar
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 200 ml of water


To make this drink, simply start by heating the water in a saucepan. Be careful, the water must not boil.
In a glass, mix the liquid honey with the lemon juice and cider vinegar. Then, add the hot water on top and mix for a good dissolution of all the ingredients. Drink immediately.
This preparation combines the virtues of lemon and cider vinegar. The addition of honey reduces the acidity of the mixture and makes it more pleasant to drink.
